This threat is in addition to seasonal influenza that will now be compunded with the effects of the H1N1 outbreak.

The CDC, unfortunately, isn't able to make predictions accurately in respect to the severity of the H1N1 outbreak this Fall/Winter. As a result, it's important that companies remain flexible and informeded to prevent the chances of the Swine Flu affecting them or their employees.
